We added another milestone to Mini E's baby book. She got her first pair of shoes and they are ADORABLE!
FinishLine wanted to make sure MiniE's first steps were stylish ones and they did a great job. I don't even have a pair of Sperry Top-Siders!
I was pretty shocked when they showed up at the house. I didn't even know FinishLine carried these kinds of shoes. Then I went to the site and looked on the website and looked and couldn't believe the variety of shoes. I got lost for about half hour just shopping for shoes for E and MiniE. I think I have a new shoe shopping site.
Back to MiniE. She is 10 months now and standing on her own and walking is days away and while I'm a little sad that she's growing up so fast, I LOVE watching her get to know her new found independence although it's added to my stress level just a little.
Lately her new thing is to take only one nap a day. I think she's learned that if she plans it right, she is awake when her brother is napping leaving her free to play with all his toys (Smart girl)
I can't believe she's almost one. Time is flying by. Soon spring will be here and she will be running around with her brother.
What were your kids first pair of shoes?

Those are so cute.
ReplyDeleteMy nephew loves his Toms, but he'd look so cute in Topsiders. I didn't know FinishLine carried them either.
So cute! My girls first shoes were Stride Rite and Toms like Abby said above. I actually got my first pair of Mizunos from The Finish Line. They special ordered them for me!
