Happy Birthday Dear Baby...

I can't believe it but my baby is one year old.  She has gone from a tiny helpless baby to a curious, entertaining, happy baby girl. 

She is an amazing blessing that I can't imagine living without.  Looking all the way back to Hood to Coast when I had my first inclination that I might be pregnant to today so much has changed as a result of her entering our world. 

I'm working on a more formal Mommy and Me update at the one year mark but for now, how about a sneak preview of our family photo shoot and her one year pictures.  We were lucky enough to have Danielle Lydon here in St. Louis take these photos and as you can see, they are amazing.  She's extremely talented and I can't wait to show you the rest of the pictures. 

I've been a little absent from the blog this week because we're getting ready for her party.  Here's a sneak peak at the color scheme and decor.  Lots of cutting, sewing and planning.  I have a tendency to go a little overboard for birthday parties.  I do it once then I'm done for a while.  Here's a link to see E's first birthday.  LINK

Anyway, back to MiniE...I'm sure a lot of you moms can relate to this but as happy as I am to see her grow up and see her achieve these milestones, there's a slight sinking feeling in my stomach knowing these are our last "firsts".  I just want to keep her this size.  Is that so wrong?!
