Nike Free 4.0 FlyKnit Shoe Review


Nike has taken the Fly Knit to an all new level that really calls out to the runner in me.  They created the Nike Free 4.0 Fly Knit and I freaking love this shoe. 

For long runs I still love a shoe with more cushion but with my focus on getting faster, this shoe has been getting a lot of work.  I ran my last 5K in them as well many of my training runs.  I definitely feel like these shoes work with me instead of against me. The Nike Free 4.0 provides just enough cushioning and responsiveness to get the most out of my speed workouts.
The shoe fits like a glove and looks good with everything. It's the perfect shoe for summer!  You have to check them out!

    Thanks for the review! I saw them at the store the other day and wasn't really sure what workouts they would work best in! But I love the style of them! I just may have to buy them now ;)

    I've seen those! They look like they'd be great for speedwork and racing. Not that I do much of that any more, but I'd wear then just because they are cute :-)

    I'm a Reebok girl myself because my feet are wider. But I know people who wear Nike so thanks for sharing info
