Do Anywhere - Lower Body Workout

Well, well, well...amongst all the other stuff I managed to get a lower body vlog taped.  These are my favorite moves and I tried to sequence them to help you get the most out of the workout.  Try it and let me know what you think!  This is also the first vlog of many.  Many members of my FitFluential Family (including me) are taking the VEDA challenge which is basically vlogging once a day for the ENTIRE month of August. I know, many of you might be rolling your eyes at the thought of seeing my face EVERYDAY but heck, let's try.
