Smart Snacking At The Office

I love working out, I love running, I love basically everything fitness but sadly I have a job (which I love) that requires me to sit at a desk most of the day.  That desk is conveniently located close to the breakroom which houses 3 vending machines which hold the key to my fitness demise.

I have learned how to defeat the evil vending machine.  Preparation. Last week I talked about meal planning and hinted at the fact that you should also consider planning the entire day's food.  If you're anything like me, 10:30 and 2:30 are make or break times of the day.

I get questions about my snacks of choice at the office so I thought I would revisit a post I did about a year ago about how to snack smart.

  1. I toss Quest bars in my bag. That way I don't have to think about it and I always have a GF snack if I need one.
