Weekend Recap: Cookies, Traditions and Cuteness

What an amazingly cozy weekend.  We barely left the house and it was great.  Given everything that's going on, I've just been coasting through workouts, taking it easy.  This is the time of year when family trumps everything.

So we spent the weekend making memories and creating traditions.  Sadly, I'm not super creative in this way so we went with the ones that have stood the test of time.

We decorated a gingerbread house on Friday night.

Saturday we made cookies and decorated ornaments.

Saturday Night we spent in front of the tree, telling the stories of every ornament and watching him just love Christmas.  I would've never imagined having this much fun again at Christmas.  He makes it fun. He loves playing with all the ornaments.
 Sunday was more family time.

I mean really?!  How can you not think these two are super sweet.

How was your weekend?  Don't forget to enter my super huge giveaway!

  7. What a fun weekend! We went to a Christmas parade on Saturday, and then took our girls to see Santa. They both sat on his lap with no tears or meltdowns! Hooray! Although, my 4 y/o refused to tell him what she wanted. She told him she'd already written her list in a letter. Ha! Sassy girl!
