1. Ode to the Plank...I love moves that are easy yet effective. In the past I've highlighted the Push Up and next is the plank! Adding some variation to this move can be just what your workout needs!

I love plank variations! So much variety to make the move more challenging. Pinned! I also cracked up at the MS bike ride photo. I agree, there really is no such thing as a comfortable bike seat!
