Kohls Fit Holiday

So life has been pretty crazy around here lately between going to LA and Vegas (I'll tell you about this trip later), National Stroller Running Day and work, time is slipping away.  It will be the holidays before you know it.  You might be winding down your race calendar wondering what you're going to do to stay fit over the holidays.

Kohl's asked me to share some of my tips while also sharing some of the amazing gear you can get at Kohl's.  I couldn't resist.  It's challenging but possible, the key to keeping the holiday's in check is flexibility and variety.  Chances are there will be days when you'll be able to go outside and run followed by days where the best you will be able to do is a hotel gym. So my top tips include:
  1. Be Flexible: Change up the time of day, and the type of exercise
  2. Don't Beat Yourself Up: This can be especially challenging time of year, don't beat yourself up.
  3. Get Creative: A workout can be chasing the kids, body weight exercises in your garage or a long fall walk.
While you're working on staying fit, you might as well look good doing it.  I'll admit, Kohl's was not one of my first stops for workout gear butt that has changed!  You saw a glimpse of what Kohl's has to offer in my Waldo Costume (that tank is from Kohl's, I was so excited when I found it and for only $18).  There is so much more!  Did you know they carry New Balance, Asics, Champion and more?!

I loved the clothes they sent me so much I wanted to make sure you got a good look at them.  So enjoy the rest of this post then head over to Kohl's and get your own amazing gear!

Seriously, isn't that last picture to-die-for?! I have so many more pictures that I'll share in an outtakes post.  It was so much fun to shoot these.  I'll tell you all about the photographer too but for now, let's just stay focused...

The holidays are coming and you are gonna want some cute workout clothes.  So please head over to Kohl's and get yourself something amazing!  You won't be disappointed!  Say these amazing running shorts from Asics (these look like they would be perfect for me).

How do you stay fit during the holidays?

I was provided compensation and clothes but all opinions are my own.

  6. Love that last photo--adorable! During the holidays, I remind myself that a short workout is better than no workout at all. I'll settle for a quick two mile run or do a little in the morning and a little in the evening. Every little bit helps!
